Overview

  • The advanced Marban gold project, located immediately northeast of the Canadian Malartic Complex property near Val-d’Or, Quebec, was acquired on March 18, 2025, with the acquisition of O3 Mining Inc.
  • Large, near-surface gold deposit comprised of 1.58 Moz of gold in open-pit probable mineral reserves (51.6 million tonnes grading 0.95 g/t gold); 63 koz of gold in open-pit indicated mineral resources (3.9 million tonnes grading 0.51 g/t gold); 63 koz of gold in open-pit inferred mineral resources (3.0 million tonnes grading 0.66 g/t gold); and 313 koz of gold in underground inferred mineral resources (4.5 million tonnes grading 2.14 g/t gold), at December 31, 2025.
  • The Marban project is being considered for development as a satellite open pit operation with ore potentially transported 12 km to the Canadian Malartic mill for final processing. Marban is a key component of the Company’s “Fill the Mill” strategy to utilize excess capacity at the Canadian Malartic processing plant and position Canadian Malartic to ramp-up toward 1 million ounces of annual gold production starting in 2033.
