    Mr. Boyd is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Agnico Eagle. Mr. Boyd has been with Agnico Eagle since 1985 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1998, Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 1998, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 1996 and Comptroller from 1985 to 1990. Prior to joining Agnico Eagle, he was a staff accountant with Clarkson Gordon (Ernst & Young). Mr. Boyd is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Comm.).​

    Mr. Smith is the Senior Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Agnico Eagle and previously was Senior Vice-President, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations. Prior to joining the company’s investor relations team in 2005, Mr. Smith was a mining analyst for more than five years. His professional experience includes a variety of engineering positions in the mining industry, both in Canada and abroad. Mr. Smith is a member of the Board of Directors of the Denver Gold Group. He has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston and the University of Arizona, respectively. Mr. Smith is also a Professional Engineer.​

His experience also includes a senior Finance position for a large New York City technology company and a management position for a large mining company in Toronto. Mr. Datta is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, 1990, and is a Chartered Accountant who articled with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.​​

    Ms. Grondin is Senior Vice-President, Environment and Sustainable Development, a position she has held since December 2010. Since joining the company in 2001, she has successively been Environmental Manager for the LaRonde Division, Regional Environmental Manager for Abitibi and in 2007 joined the Corporate team as Vice-President Environment. Prior to that, Ms. Grondin was environmental superintendent for the Selbaie mine where she worked from 1993 to 2001 and from 1981 to 1993 she was with Ontario Hydro in Toronto. Ms. Grondin holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Ottawa (1978) and an M.Sc. in Meteorology from McGill University (1980). She completed the mechanical engineering curriculum at the University of Toronto in 1984 and has been a member of OIQ in Quebec since 2001, and PEO in Ontario since 1984.

Mr. Haldane has participated in numerous acquisition and development activities in USA and Latin America, including the development of the Agnico-Eagle Pinos Altos mine in Chihuahua, Mexico and the La India project in Sonora, Mexico.​​

(gold mining company) from October 2003 to June 2005, and General Counsel, Vice-President, Legal, and Corporate Secretary of TVX Gold Inc. (gold mining company) between October 1995 and January 2003.

    Mr. Legault is Senior Vice-President, Project Evaluations, of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and has been with the Company for almost 25 years. He has held his current position since February 2012. Prior to this appointment Marc served as Vice-President, Project Development and Manager, Project Evaluation, based in Toronto, Ontario. He has also held various mine operation and exploration roles in the Company’s divisions, including Chief Geologist at the LaRonde Division in Cadillac, Quebec. Mr. Legault is a Professional Engineer, registered in both the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec, and a graduate of Queen’s University (Honours B.Sc. in geological engineering in 1982) and Carleton University (M.Sc. in geology in 1985).​

    Mr. Pellerin is Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and joined the company in January 2012. Prior to this appointment, he spent four years at Transat A.T. inc as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Chief Talent Officer. Previously, Mr. Pellerin worked as a consultant for six years, at the helm of his own firm, and as National Partner with Mercer Consulting. He has also served in senior management and executive positions at Bombardier, Domtar and General Electric. Mr. Pellerin has taught in the MBA program at the H.E.C. Montreal, in the Master’s program in Organizational Development, at the American University and at the McGill International Executive Institute. Mr. Pellerin is a graduate of the University of Laval in Industrial Relations.

Prior to his appointment, he served Agnico Eagle in various capacities for more than 25 years, most recently as Vice-President, Metallurgy & Marketing, General Manager, Metallurgy & Marketing and as Mill Superintendent and Project Manager for the expansion of the LaRonde mill. Before joining Agnico Eagle, Mr. Robitaille worked as a metallurgist with Teck Mining Group. Mr. Robitaille is a mining graduate of the College de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue with a specialty in mineral processing.​​

    Mr. Sylvestre is Senior Vice-President of Operations, a position he has held since February 2012. Prior to his appointment he was Vice President of Construction, Mine General Manager at the Goldex Division, and previously Mill Superintendent at the LaRonde Division. Mr. Sylvestre is a Metallurgical Engineering Technologist graduate from Cambrian College in Sudbury. Following graduation he served as Metallurgist and Mill Superintendent at the Joutel Division of Agnico Eagle and held the position of Mill Superintendent with Inmet Mining ‘sTroilus Division.

    Mr. Medina was appointed Vice President, Mexico in January 2011. He has worked with Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. in Mexico since 2007 as General Manager of the Pinos Altos project and the Regional Director of Agnico Eagle Mexico. Mr. Medina has more than 18 years of experience in the gold mining industry in Mexico and has participated in the permitting and development efforts at several successful mines in the country. He is a graduate of the University of CESUES in Sonora, Mexico with a degree in Environmental Engineering and graduated from the Harvard Business School General Management program. Mr. Medina is a member of the Board of the Mexican Mining Chamber and he was Vice President of Administration for the Mexican Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists Association for the period 2010-2012.

    Mr. Cousin is Vice-President, Metallurgy, a position he has held since 2011. His began his career with Agnico Eagle in 1990 as a metallurgical engineer. Since then, Mr. Cousin has held various engineering and managerial roles within the LaRonde operation and Technical Services group, the latest of which was Corporate Director, Metallurgy. He graduated with a mining engineering degree (P. Eng.) from Ecole Polytechnique of the University of Montreal in 1987, specializing in mineral processing.

    Mr. Christie joined Agnico-Eagle in December 2012 as Vice President Investor Relations. Prior to that he worked in the investment industry for over 17 years, primarily as a precious and base metals mining analyst; his previous experience includes positions at Desjardins Securities, National Bank Financial, Canaccord Capital and HSBC Securities. Prior to working as an equity analyst, Mr. Christie spent 13 years in the mining industry as a geologist for a variety of mining companies, including Homestake, Billiton, Falconbridge Copper and Newmont Mining. Mr. Christie holds a BSc degree in Geology from the University of Toronto and an MSc degree in Geology from Queen’s University. He is a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists.

Before this, he worked in the mining industry for the Placer Dome Group in various capacities for 17 years, in senior roles in Chile, South Africa, the Dominican Republic and Canada (Quebec and British Columbia). Mr. Gilbert studied Industrial Relations at Laval University in Quebec, Canada, and Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa.

    Mr. Voutilainen is a mining industry veteran. He was the Chairman of the board of directors of Riddarhyttan Resources AB until 2005. Previously, Mr. Voutilainen was the Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Kansallis Banking Group and President after its merger with Union Bank of Finland until his retirement in 2000. He was also employed by Outokumpu Corp., Finland’s largest mining and metals company, for 26 years, including as Chief Executive Officer for 11 years. Mr. Voutilainen holds the honorary title of Mining Counselor (Bergsrad), which was awarded to him by the President of the Republic of Finland in 2003. Mr. Voutilainen is a graduate of Helsinki University of Technology (M.Sc.), Helsinki University of Business Administration (M.Sc.) and Pennsylvania State University (M.Eng.).
