Mr. Medina was appointed Vice President, Mexico on January, 2011. He has worked with Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. In Mexico since 2007 as General Manager of the Pinos Altos project and most recently as the Regional Director of Agnico-Eagle Mexico. Mr. Medina has more than 16 years of experience in the gold mining industry in Mexico and has participated in the permitting and development efforts at several successful mines in this country. He is a graduate of the University of CESUES in Sonora, Mexico with a degree in Environmental Engineering and also recently graduated from the Harvard Business School General Management program. Mr. Medina is Vice President of Administration for the Mexican Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists Association and is a member of the Board of the Mexican Mining Chamber.

Mr. Bureau has held this position since February 2012, prior to which he served as Corporate Director, Construction. He has been with Agnico-Eagle since 1997 and has held several senior positions including General Manager of Construction for the Pinos Altos project. Mr. Bureau graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (B. ing.) in 1987 . Mr. Bureau is a member of OIQ in Quebec and is a certified PMP.

Lino Cafazzo is Vice President, Information Technology at Agnico-Eagle Mines, a position he has held since January 2011. Prior to his appointment he served at Agnico-Eagle as Director, Information Technology since April 2007. Prior to joining Agnico-Eagle, Mr. Cafazzo has been working in the IT industry in various capacities since 1995. Mr. Cafazzo has graduated with a Business Information Management degree from Ryerson University in 1994 and holds numerous industry certificates.

Mr. Paul Cousin is Vice-President, Metallurgy, a position held since January 2011. His career began with Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited in 1990 as a metallurgical engineer. Since then, he has held various engineering and managerial roles within the LaRonde operation and Technical Services group, the latest of which was Corporate Director, Metallurgy. He graduated with a mining engineering degree (P. Eng.) from Ecole Polytechnique of the University of Montreal in 1987, specializing in mineral processing.

Prior to that Mr. Cook was Corporate Director, Controller. he has over 10 years of experience in financial accounting. Prior to joining Agnico-Eagle, he served at Ernst & Young LLP, a public accounting firm, in various financial accounting, audit and tax positions. Mr. Cook is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Datta has been with the company since 2005. Before joining Agnico-Eagle, he spent most of his career in New York City with Philip Morris Companies in various finance management positions. His experience also includes a senior Finance position for a large New York City technology company and a management position for a large mining company in Toronto. Mr. Datta is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, 1990, and is a Chartered Accountant who articled with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Gilbert is Vice-President, Human Resources, of Agnico-Eagle, a position that he has held since September 2006. Prior to his appointment, he worked in the mining industry for the Placer Dome Group in various capacities for 17 years, in senior roles in Chile, South Africa, the Dominican Republic and Canada (Quebec and British Columbia). Mr. Gilbert studied Industrial Relations at Laval University in Quebec, Canada, and Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Mr. Haga joined Agnico-Eagle as Managing Director, Europe, in March 2006 and was appointed Vice-President, Europe, in July 2006. He has held various executive and corporate positions with the Outokumpu Group in Finland and Canada. Prior to joining Agnico-Eagle, Mr. Haga was President of Polar Mining Oy, a Finnish subsidiary of Dragon Mining NL of Australia. Mr. Haga is a graduate of Åbo Akademi, Finland (M.Sc.).

Mr. Leclerc has held this position since February 2012, prior to which he served as Corporate Director, Technical Evaluations. He has been with Agnico–Eagle since 2001 and has held several senior positions including Mine Manager at the LaRonde mine, General Manager Quebec and Corporate Director operation. Most of his career was dedicated to mine operation. Mr. Leclerc graduated as a mining engineer from Ecole Polytechnique (B.Sc.) in 1985 . Mr. Leclerc is a member of OIQ in Quebec.

Mr. Provencher has held this position since February 2012, prior to which he served as Corporate Director, Mining and Performance Standards. He has been with Agnico-Eagle since 2002 and has held many key positions including General Manager, Engineering Manager of the LaRonde mine and Underground Superintendent. Mr. Provencher has also served as the President of the Quebec Mining Association’s Health & Safety committee since 2009. Prior to joining Agnico-Eagle, Mr. Provencher worked as mining engineer for several companies. Mr. Provencher graduated as a mining engineer from Laval University (B.Sc.) in 1992 and is a member of OIQ in Quebec.
